Who We Are is the first song from Frei after he got caught up in the healthcare system for years. He must have had some kind of angel over him after spending the last 3 years in and out of the hospital from brain injuries and accidents. That time made him think and found out that music is really what makes him happy.
Who We Are is a beautiful Progressive House piece. The subtle melodies slowly grab you. Its arpeggios evolve in a catchy track that ultimately features a vocal that will demand your attention. The perfect song for a late night summer breeze on the ocean side. Some of Frei’s influences include Avicii, Armin van Buuren and Tiesto. Names that clearly pop in your head when you listen to his music. Tiesto especially comes to mind namely his earlier work.
